As of late March 2026 specialist review: pain largely resolved, mild discomfort only when recumbent or transitioning. Recent 500 m trial ride completed successfully. Incidental bony protuberance behind pubic symphysis noted on CT (bone scan recommended). Not yet back to full activities; monitoring degenerative spine changes, fall risk, and gradual return to riding advised. Congenital absence of right vertebral artery (unchanged); cardiac history stable post-2023 ablation.
