Recovering from second sacral fracture (Feb 2026 horse-riding fall) managed conservatively. As of late March 2026 specialist review: pain largely resolved, mild discomfort only when recumbent or transitioning. Recent 500 m trial ride completed successfully. Incidental bony protuberance behind pubic symphysis noted on CT (bone scan recommended). Not yet back to full activities; monitoring degenerative spine changes, fall risk, and gradual return to riding advised. Congenital absence of right vertebral artery (unchanged); cardiac history stable post-2023 ablation.
Family symptom diary for short focus / dizziness spells — not appointment history. Use to look for patterns (time of day, exertion, after riding, meals, visual vs balance) and share with GP or neurology if spells cluster or worsen. Informal reports only; not a substitute for clinical notes.
